The following excerpts and letters reflect my approach to journalism as both an individual practice and a collaborative one, across writing, editing, and newsroom leadership. If you're reading this as someone who wrote one of these letters, I cannot thank you enough. It's been a joy and an honor to work with you, in whatever capacity it was.
